Who am I

The tour guide

I’m a history lover who started guiding tours in New Orleans before bringing my storytelling to Los Angeles. Wherever I travel in the world, I take walking tours to learn how places remember their past — and that curiosity shapes the way I guide today. My tours blend solid research, inclusive perspectives, and a slightly nerdy enthusiasm that visitors of all ages enjoy.

The educator

I’m a primary teacher trained in Belgium who has spent the past twenty years exploring innovative, child‑centered education across Europe and the Americas. I’ve taught in traditional and immersion settings, founded a self‑directed learning center, and now coach parents and educators in creating collaborative, autonomy‑supportive environments.

The home improver

Sustainability is at the heart of everything I do. For me, a healthy home is one built with materials that respect both our bodies and the planet — and one that stays calm and functional thanks to limited clutter. I learned to use tools as a child, first alongside my grandfather and later with my father, and that early joy never left me. Nothing is more satisfying than rescuing an object from the landfill and giving a piece of furniture a new life.
